All products manufactured by GNBatteries.com are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Our products are guaranteed to function properly when used according to normal good practice. GNBatteries.com provides warranty that covers manufacturer defects, starting from the shipping date. The warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration, modification, repair, misuse of product or physical abuse of product. Any permanent markings on product will void the warranty. Defective product will only be replaced after the original product is returned and evaluated. All returns must be assigned with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the product is return to our warehouse. Please review our return policy for more details.

RMA number is only valid for 14 days and GNBatteries.com must receive the return item within the 14 days. The RMA number should be included on the return package. Purchaser is responsible for all the shipping expenses. Return product may subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the situation and condition of the return item. A brief description about the nature of problem accompanying the return merchandise will be helpful.
If any product that you purchased arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), kindly report the matter to info@gnbatteries.com within 3 days upon arrival of package in order to get instructions on how to ship the item back, so we can replace it with a working product. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred for any reports made 3 days after.
Should you received a damaged product upon receiving of box, please contact us immediately (within 7 business days so the carrier can verify the damage and file claim against carrier) and briefly explain the situation to us. In order to protect your rights, you can refuse shipment if it is an opened box. Please contact us if you have refused your shipment.
If you receive any item that does not match the invoice, please e-mail info@gnbatteries.com within 3 days upon item arrival in order for us to fix the error.
You have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to return an item, which is not DOA, damage or incorrect item received. You will get a 75% to 100% refund depending on the condition of the return item. 15% restocking fee applies to any opened retail box returns, or any order placed incorrectly by the customer. Unopened retail box with no physical damage is eligible for full refund upon inspection and approval of RMA department within 30 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for any item shipped for RMA services including replacement, exchange, and return after 30 days.
You may only exchange return with same product only. Refund is issue back to the credit card used on that order. Prepaid orders will issue check for the refund amount.
